No Return Policy
All products sold by Indieroots Jaipur are non-returnable. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete condition.
Refund Policy
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Care team with your order details within 24 hours of delivery. You may also share the reason for your refund request, as your feedback helps us improve our products and services.
Refund requests will be reviewed and verified by our support team. If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed after the product (where applicable) is received and inspected at our facility. Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive an SMS or email with the refund transaction details. The credited amount will reflect in your bank account as per your bank's processing timelines.
If an order is cancelled without a valid reason after processing, 30% of the order value plus applicable GST will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

All such issues must be reported to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos as proof.
Conditions for Refund Approval
Where a return of the product is required for verification, the refund will be processed only if:

The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, invoice, and receipt.

The product matches the item originally supplied by Indieroots Jaipur.

Our inspection confirms the reported issue.
If requested, customers must print and attach the return manifest provided by Indieroots Jaipur while sending the product for inspection.
Customer Details
For security purposes, refunds will be processed only when the customer name matches the registered Indieroots Jaipur account and the bank account receiving the refund.
No Warranty on Plant Growth or Results
As our products may include live plants, seeds, or gardening materials, we do not guarantee growth or results. Performance depends on several external factors beyond our control, including climate, soil quality, water, humidity, temperature, sunlight, and maintenance.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of purchases made through Indieroots Jaipur shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
